Colby on the Dolphin Cruise that I took him on. Mike didn't want to go.

Some of the dolphins we saw. It was hard to get a good picture, even though they were close to the boat. They didn't stay up but for a second. We saw about 15 dolphins.

An Estuary off the Intercoastal Waterway. We saw an alligator nest and footprints in the mud but not the alligator. We also saw some birds.

Part of Ft. Morgan. It was closed when we got there but this building was beside the road.

Colby fell asleep coloring the first night. He was so tired!

Brady on the way home after we had stopped at the Tanger Outlets in Foley to shop for a while. He was tuckered out and slept all but about 2 hours on the way home.

It was a great vacation. I can't wait to go back!

Our vacation to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach was wonderful. The boys loved the ocean. Tyler bought a skim board and was learning to do that. Brady and Colby loved playing in the sand and ocean. Colby cried when we had to leave. He asked again yesterday, "Mama, couldn't we have stayed just one or two more days?" It was great to get away and just spend time together as a family. We cooked most of the time but on the last night we ate at a small local restaurant called Doc's Seafood in Orange Beach. It wasn't fancy or anything but the food was WONDERFUL! In fact it kinda looked like a "hole in the wall" type place but the service and food were great! I'll try to get the pics uploaded tonight. I've got to go to Nashville today for some parental development hours and work in my room.
