Vacation
Our vacation to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach was wonderful. The boys loved the ocean. Tyler bought a skim board and was learning to do that. Brady and Colby loved playing in the sand and ocean. Colby cried when we had to leave. He asked again yesterday, "Mama, couldn't we have stayed just one or two more days?" It was great to get away and just spend time together as a family. We cooked most of the time but on the last night we ate at a small local restaurant called Doc's Seafood in Orange Beach. It wasn't fancy or anything but the food was WONDERFUL! In fact it kinda looked like a "hole in the wall" type place but the service and food were great! I'll try to get the pics uploaded tonight. I've got to go to Nashville today for some parental development hours and work in my room.

The "hole in the wall" places are usually the best ones. Glad y'all had fun! We're hitting the beach next summer. We're actually leaving today for Lake Ouachita for our last camping trip of the summer. So sad that school is almost here...where does the summer go?
